On our website you can see availability directly at the accommodation. Renting is very easy through our reservation system. If you can’t figure it out just send us a message. We are happy to help you make a reservation.

Of course, this varies by accommodation, how many people you can stay with and by period. We work with a high, low and intermediate season. So it may be interesting to select another period (if it fits your own schedule, of course).

We are a service and guest-oriented company. From this hospitality we derive our pleasure.
All vacation homes or apartments are therefore otherwise fully equipped. The beds are made upon your arrival and the towel package is waiting for you at no extra cost.

This varies by accommodation. The vacation homes or apartments belong to private owners. Not everyone allows a pet in the home. Of course, you may always give us a call to see if we have a suitable accommodation available for you.

Canceling is never fun, of course. From life, it may happen that your vacation unfortunately cannot go ahead. We are committed to providing a welcoming stay for our vacation tenants. Because we mediate for homeowners and when a property was reserved it was off the market for a while, so to speak, we do need to stipulate something in these terms and conditions. Since we have a service-oriented and hospitable attitude, we are of course always willing to look for a solution together. Should it happen get in touch with us soon.

– Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the rental price.
– For cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the rental price.
– For cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the rental price.
– Cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the rental price.

Made beds and a set of towels can be found in the accommodation. These are included in the rental price. To save any volume in your suitcase, we offer the option through our VIP vacation package to include large pool or beach towels and a sauna sheet. A sauna sheet is a large square sheet for sitting on together or picnicking, for example. You can read all the extras in the VIP package on our website.

The Costa Blanca is known for its friendly and cozy style. A large Mercadona, local supermarket, local provider or the Lidl or Aldi can never be far away. Per accommodation, we can tell this to the exact meter. Nice restaurants abound. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities.

Most accommodations have private parking. You’ll find these in the description. If it is not listed no problem. Ample parking can always be found close to the accommodation. The information you will receive from us after booking will tell you where to park properly.

Yes. Hospitality requires tight and structured planning. Everything to be well prepared to welcome our guests. We work with a standard check-in and check-out time.
But, we also realize that a schedule may well be different. All in good cooperation. If it can be earlier or later we will be the last ones to be strict about this. Can’t do it because other guests are coming then of course it stops. Personal contact is the key.

In the accommodation there is an information packet where all the important numbers are listed.

We ourselves love cozy moments immensely. Something to celebrate or a party. Feel free to let us know in advance. We can see together what is convenient. Or know a nice place in the nearby area where you can party together. Take the promenade of El Arenal, for example. Here it is actually always buzzing. No one who will mind if you hang out together on the beach with a snack and a drink. We think it is important to continue to realize that we have fallen for Spain with its friendly a welcoming inhabitants. Therefore, this kindness and hospitality we want to respect at all times. Nuisance can never be the intention and, of course, we will not tolerate it. Seems very logical to us.
